The modern six storey Hotel President was built in 1989 and underwent a refurbishment of its facilities during 2006, and now offers visitors a total of 242 air conditioned guest rooms with a selection of some 239 double/twin rooms and 3 singles.

All guest rooms at the hotel have their own bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and come equipped with a direct dial telephone, flat screen satellite television, safety deposit box that is available for rental and either a terrace or balcony, many of which have exterior sea views over the magnificent Bay of Alcudia.

A daily maid is also provided to all rooms, who change towels as required and undertake a change of bed linen twice a week.
